Floating Soap Course in the French Antilles Anyone ?
Guess what...we feel like taking a few lucky trainees on a superb catamaran moored in a beautiful lagoon in Guadeloupe, French antilles. The idea is to learn how to make rich natural french soap in paradise. Using a bit of the local resources such as coconut oil, palm oil, jojoba oil, interesting spices and rare plants, we propose a 4 day package on a large full-service catamaran from Pointe-à-Pitre in Guadeloupe.
The full program for this exceptional cruise will soon be posted here and it will take place in May or June, 2005.

Group of 6 guests with double/single cabins, all with private bathroom.
The price will be in the range of 1000 USD per person for 4 days - 3 nights (2 full days of soapmaking).
Besides the fact that you will discover a picturesque island and that you will enjoy both great French food and some local specialties (not only rum of course...)., you will truly learn how to make your own 100% natural soap.
The aim of our soap course is to learn to make soap at home easily from lye and vegetable oils using
the cold process method.
To formulate one's own recipes, to work with noble natural ingredients, to magically transform liquid fats into beautiful solid bars of soap that will change the way you see soap as a skincare product are among the many pleasures that come from home soapmaking.
We wish to share our experience and make you satisfied and more conscious in your choice of cosmetics products.
